WISE UP!!

Which way do I go?? What is next?? Do i wash this in hot or cold?? How do you make your Ramen Noodles??? Do you have questions??? Jesus is the answer!! it says in James 5 if any of you are deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him. WISE UP!! jeremiah 29:11 lets you know the Father has great plans for your life. The answer is in the WORD!

Rooted

love reading Mark 4!!! it causes me to want to be good soil and grow deep roots so that i can produce good fruit. it says in John 16:33 Message Bible I’ve told you all this so that trusting, me you will be unshakable and assured, deeply at peace. In this godless world you will continue to experience difficulties. But take heart! i’ve conquered the world.
so when trouble comes if you are rooted in the Word, the Truth, you can be joyful in the middle of your storm. it says in Mark 4:20 but the seed planted in the good earth represents those who hear the Word, embrace it, and produce a harvest beyond their wildest dreams. The Lord wants to do exceedingly, abundantly beyond what you can ask, think or even imagine. Get in the Word, get rooted!! Do not let the cares of the world come in and steal your fruit, but realize our God is greater and bigger than anything you face!

Go Hard or Go Home!!!

God wants to use you but remember God’s love is free but it is not cheap! God wants to use the man or woman He can not easily get rid of. this is seen in the story of Elijah and Elisha in 11 Kings 2!! as you read this passage you see Elijah constantly testing Elisha’s desire to go on. He tells him to tarry. Stop and stay. so many times we get saved and just stop and stay there, but this is just the beginning of a beautiful story with a happy ending. Gilgal means salvation and this is the first place they go and Elijah says to Elisha stay here, but he wants more and will not stop and continues to be a God chaser. i don’t want to be stagnant or coast but i want to run this race. the next place they go to is Bethel (seeing God face to face)!! this is also where Jacob wrestled with God and had a name change. when we start meeting God face to face our character begins to look like Him!! How awesome we have a name change. then it is off to Jericho, when i think of this place i think of worship and defeating the enemy. a place of victory where walls come down. then it is time for the Jordan the point of no return. the place where Elisha gets Elijah’s coat and rips up his old one. he takes his position and calling and starts a new life. he was invested enough that he knew he would not go back to his old way of life… so here is my question today are you invested? when you face things do you just stay there or do you go on! or do you read James 1:2-5 and know that you can go hard!!! after the things of the Lord.and you can also do it with joy. being like a submarine with more pressure on the inside than on the outside. don’t stop going forward. you were called for such a time as this.

GOD, our Father, works all things to our good!!! He says you are the head and not the tale. you are above and not beneath. you are blessed going in and going out. you can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives you strength. you have been given Faith to move mountains. the Father has a future and plan for your life to prosper you and give you hope… we serve a loving God that wants to let you know everything is going to be all-right. there is nothing He can not handle, just give it to Him… cast your relationships, hurts, dreams, test, jobs anything on HIM, JESUS!!

i have been reading lots of Romans lately and love Romans 8:38-39!For i am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. How awesome is that. i am so thankful for a loving Father God.

FREE

reading John 8 and loving it… Jesus said, “Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” We are set free by believing on Jesus. do not be led by the way you feel but be led by the Word. you are good ground… and God’s Word is the seed. plant the seed of the Word in your life. The Word is what makes you free. Jesus was the Word made flesh… Phil 1:6 i am confident that the good work God has begun in you and me will be perfected!!! Col 1:14 we have been redeemed and forgiven! Share this Freedom!

AWESOME POWER

just so amazed by how great God! all creation cries out to him. every cell, atom, mountain, stream, ocean, etc. He spoke into existence. it is in Him that we live and move and have our being! there is nothing to big for God. He holds you together. check out laminin: the protein molecule. cast all your cares upon Him!

How Much??

Just How Much authority do you think Jesus has? The measure of His ability is the measure of the value of His name, Jesus. i have been reading a book by E.W. Kenyon, The Wonderful Name of Jesus. it is awesome. Well i realize that there is all authority in His name. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He is Lord. He has all authority given to Him in heaven and earth. He has conquered death, hell and the grave. This name is beyond our normal understanding. when this name is called out in prayer it delivers, sets free, heals, and gives exceeding joy and this is just the beginning. Here is the coolest part you have the right, power of attorney, to use His name. that means His name is your name. John 16:24 ask in His name. whatever you pray in His name, He will give it to you. Jesus says, ask the Father in My name, I will endorse it that, and the Father will give it to you.. so who have you been talking about and how much. are you going in the name of Jesus. well i want to encourage you to use this name and you can never wear it out….. it brings the Father joy for us to use the name of Jesus. that is why Jesus came so we could be put back in right standing with the Father. full access to the Father. and we can go boldly. wow i just can’t stop praising His name….lol

Take out the if

we dream what we would do if…. well take the if out. dream and do it regardless the circumstances. don’t wait on things to be different, make the change. we are going to face life as it is now and win at it. success comes to the one that does not give up. never lose heart because of failing first efforts, get up, wipe yourself off and run!! press toward the mark. you can do it. one of my best friends always says allison if you want different results do different things… so i challenge you to go after your dreams today and know that you have a great purpose and plan ahead. the Father has planned it for you and it is for you to be a success.. jeremiah 29:11, joshua 1:8

Hidden Treasures

ok we have really eaten tooooo much stuff this week… but it has been lots of fun. a stomach stretching for Christmas.. i have been thinking about how awesome the Father God is and He never makes mistakes..You are a treasure to the Lord. Sometimes we feel like hidden treasures and other times like the crown on royalty.. but the secret is God never made a failure. Every person has success hidden in them and only they can find it with the help of the Holy Spirit. You find these things by looking in the mirror of God’s Word. of God’s Love!! failure only comes when we look for that treasure in other places. success and victory are in you. you have treasure in you and lots of it so dig it up with the Word and keep digging. the coolest part is there is always more…
